Who is Fetchbase for?

Fetchbase is designed for small business owners who use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for email marketing and want instant clarity on which emails perform best with their audiences.

It's useful for both service- and product-based businesses, but the advanced reports are especially valuable for online businesses selling courses and digital products.

Do I need to use Kit to use Fetchbase?

Yes. Fetchbase is built specifically for Kit (formerly ConvertKit) users on the Creator or Creator Pro plans.

Does Fetchbase work with any other email marketing platforms?

No, Fetchbase currently only supports Kit. But Danbee hopes to expand support to other popular platforms in the future.

Does Fetchbase include reports for sequence emails as well as broadcast emails?

Fetchbase currently pulls data for broadcast emails only.

It doesn't cover sequence emails yet — but Danbee hopes to add this feature in a future update (most likely in 2026).

How is Fetchbase different from Kit's built-in reporting?

Kit shows stats for each broadcast. Fetchbase organizes that data into structured reports with filters and sort functions — making it easy to spot trends and find exactly what you need in seconds.

There's no way in Kit to export the broadcast email content alongside performance data. Kit also lacks built-in tools to identify new vs. returning customers, track subscriber retention, or see what people buy after purchasing a specific offer.

Can I connect Fetchbase to multiple Kit accounts?

Each Fetchbase account connects to one Kit account.

If you manage multiple Kit accounts, you'll need to purchase a separate Fetchbase seat for each one.

Will Fetchbase open to more users after the Founding Member Launch?

This first launch is limited to 100 Founding Members, and once those spots are filled, Danbee will pause new signups to focus on feedback and improvements.

Fetchbase will reopen in 2026 with a subscription model, but full disclosure: Danbee doesn't know yet exactly when that will be.
