Hey friend!

If you read my email last week, you'll know that I'm working towards building a community on Circle for streamers with the goal to create the community from scratch and get my first 30 members in 30 days.

And I'm bringing you along for the ride. 🎢

Preparing for Day 1

I'm currently in prep phase with things like:

• market research (got a survey going here if you know any streamers who you can pass it along to!)
• figuring out my messaging (with help from the amazing Megan Elliot who is making this feel SO easy)
• mapping out the community (so I can dive right into building with the help of Circle AI)
• planning the first resource (so members get access to something to help them from the jump)

And also figuring out how I'm going to get 30 members!

To begin with, I'm going to focus on marketing the community on Threads and Reddit - as well as sharing with my circle of streaming friends. With Megan's help, I've prepped my Threads profile to speak more to streamers for the duration of this experiment and I'm planning 30-days of posts.

Squeezing this in

I'm still working with Kit for most of my week so I need to build this in small pockets of free time. Aaand without getting hyperfixated on it. 😅

Because if my brain loves anything, it's a shiny new idea.

As a side-note: for something that I've been wanting to build for literal years, it feels strangley nice to be doing it in a small container of 30 days. Even though it might feel like a sprint - especially alongside client work - the timeframe takes the pressure off, if that makes sense?

Something that will make building the community 10000% easier is Circle AI.​

Because building a community can mean doing the work of five people. Strategist. Operator. Content creator. Community manager. Marketer. All by myself.

Circle AI will give me the helping hand I'll need to get this community going and sustain it in the long-term.

I'm so excited to:

• tell Circle AI my outline & community plan and watch the foundations come together
• describe my ideas in a sentence and watch Circle create a full course curriculum, modules, assessments, and a launch sequence for me to start building upon
• get insights into my community and creative ideas on how to keep things moving forward from a partner on the inside

P.S. It goes without saying that I'm not just going to sit back and let AI build everything. I'll also be going into Circle and building things out myself and the final result will always be in my voice, not AI's. Circle AI will just give me a huge headstart whilst I'm juggling other projects. 🤓
